Support built around what you do

Gippsland Care Collective delivers NDIS Core supports, capacity building and allied health across East Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley, from Bairnsdale to Traralgon. We deliver supports where they work for you - out in the community, at home, or at our Bairnsdale hub - helping people take part in what they actually want to do, on their own terms.

We work with your goals, using the funding in your plan to help you access what you need. Some people prefer support out in the community, others at home, and some join activities at our Bairnsdale hub. Whatever works for you - just tell us what you need.

From core supports like assistance with self care and community participation through to group activities, capacity building and speech pathology, we deliver a full range of NDIS supports across East Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley - out in the community, at home, or at our Bairnsdale hub.

Use one support or several, depending on what is in your plan. Start with whatever you need and work toward independence at your pace. Some participants move from daily support to showing up on their own, and some need ongoing help. Both are valid.

Working alongside ESports Collective

In Bairnsdale, we work hand in hand with ESports Collective - a gaming and community hub that runs structured gaming programs, weekly groups, daily drop-in sessions and tournaments, all open to everyone.

For participants who want it, it is one great place to take part - our NDIS supports help them get there, join in, and build the confidence to keep showing up. It is always one option, though, alongside support in the community and at home.

What NDIS services does Gippsland Care Collective provide in Bairnsdale?
We provide NDIS core supports and capacity building in Bairnsdale, Traralgon and across East Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley - assistance with self care, domestic help, community participation, group activities, supported employment and capacity building - plus allied health starting with speech pathology. Supports are delivered in the community, at home, or at our Bairnsdale hub, whichever works for you.
Which areas do you cover across Gippsland?
We are based at 58 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale, and support participants across East Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley - including Bairnsdale, Traralgon, Lakes Entrance, Paynesville, Sale, Maffra, Stratford, Orbost and the surrounding towns. We can come to you in the community or at home.
Are you taking on new NDIS participants?
Yes. We welcome new participants and referrals across Gippsland. You can contact us directly or make a referral online, and we will talk through your goals and how your NDIS plan can be used. Self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome.
How is this different from traditional therapy or support services?
We offer something different - supports at ESports Collective where they happen through real engagement in gaming, creating and building things. But if that is not what you want, it does not have to be different. We can provide supports in the community or at home instead. You choose what works for you.
Do I have to take part in gaming programs to get support?
No. Gaming and community programs at ESports Collective are one option, not a requirement. You can access our allied health and NDIS supports in the community or at home without taking part in any programs. We build programs around what people actually care about, so if we do not offer something yet, tell us - we might create it.
How do I use my NDIS plan for your supports?
Most of our supports sit under Core (Assistance with Daily Life and Social & Community Participation) or Capacity Building in your plan, and speech pathology sits under Improved Daily Living. We are happy to talk through exactly how your plan applies before you commit to anything.
What if I do not have NDIS funding?
Programs at ESports Collective are open to everyone, with or without NDIS funding. Gippsland Care Collective specifically provides NDIS-funded supports and allied health. If you need support but do not have NDIS funding, out-of-pocket payment is possible. Contact us to discuss options.
What allied health services do you offer?
Speech pathology to begin with, with plans to expand as our team grows. Sessions are delivered at ESports Collective, in the community, or at home - you choose what works for you.
