Your questions answered
Frequently asked questions
What does supported employment look like?
Practical, supported work experience alongside our team in Bairnsdale - building real skills, routine and confidence at a pace that suits the participant. It happens in an environment participants already enjoy, so work skills grow naturally.
How is supported employment funded?
Supports in Employment sits under Core supports (Social & Community Participation) in your NDIS plan. We are happy to talk through how your plan applies.
Who is supported employment for?
It suits participants who want to build work-readiness and move toward meaningful employment but benefit from support to get there - whether that is their first experience of work or a step back into it.
Do I need experience to take part?
No. We meet you where you are and build skills gradually. The focus is on real, hands-on practice and growing confidence, not on what you can already do.
