How we fit a plan

Core supports, capacity building and allied health

We deliver NDIS core supports and capacity building across East Gippsland, drawing on the categories in each participant's plan. Our supports include assistance with self care and domestic help (Assistance with Daily Life), community participation, group activities and supported employment (Social & Community Participation), skill development and training including public transport training (Capacity Building), and speech pathology (Improved Daily Living).

Funding is flexible and goal-dependent. If you are not sure how we would fit a particular plan, get in touch - we are happy to talk it through before anything is locked in.

How do I refer a participant to Gippsland Care Collective?
Use our referral form, call 0499 330 836, or email us. Send the participant's details, plan management type and a short note about their goals, and we will be in touch within two business days.
What plan management types do you work with?
We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. Get in touch and we can talk through how our supports fit a participant's plan and goals.
Where are supports delivered?
At ESports Collective in Bairnsdale, out in the community, or in the participant's home - whatever suits the person and their goals.
