Why join us

A different kind of role

We are a local team supporting local families across Gippsland. Whether you are a support worker or a clinician, our supports happen where people are most comfortable and engaged - often through gaming, creating and shared interests at ESports Collective, out in the community, or at home. Less clinical, more real, and often a lot more rewarding. You would help shape a growing service from the ground up.

Flexible by design

Employment basis is negotiable - allied health roles are full-time, part-time or contract. Support work starts casual and moves to part-time after six months of consistent hours.

Genuinely different settings

Support participants and deliver therapy at ESports Collective, in the community, or at home. Engagement-led supports that people actually enjoy.

Room to grow

Join a growing local team where support workers and allied health professionals shape the service together. Experienced or just starting out, there is a place here.

Your questions answered

Frequently asked questions

Do you consider new graduates?
Yes. We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians. Newer clinicians are supported with supervision and a manageable, flexible caseload.
What are the hours and employment type?
Employment basis varies by role. Allied health roles are full-time, part-time or contract. Support work starts casual and moves to part-time after six months of consistent hours. We are happy to build a role around the right person and their availability.
Where would I be working?
You would be based at 58 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale, delivering supports at ESports Collective, in the community, or in participants' homes across Gippsland.
What checks do I need?
Every role with us requires a valid Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check. If you do not have them yet, we can guide you through arranging them.
Do you offer visa sponsorship?
For our allied health roles (occupational therapy and speech pathology), we are open to sponsoring the right candidate - both are in demand in regional Australia, and overseas-qualified applicants are welcome. Registration or skills-assessment requirements apply, so email us and we will talk through your situation. Visa sponsorship does not apply to support worker roles.
How do I apply?
Fill in the short application form on our website, choose your role and tell us the interests you would bring. It comes straight to us and no CV is needed to get started. You can also email hello@gippslandcarecollective.com.au if you prefer.
