Work with us in East Gippsland
Support Work & Allied Health • Bairnsdale & East Gippsland
We are building a local team across support work and allied health - hiring Disability Support Workers, an Occupational Therapist and a Speech Pathologist who want meaningful work close to home. Supports are delivered at ESports Collective, in the community, or in participants' homes.
A different kind of role
We are a local team supporting local families across East Gippsland. Whether you are a support worker or a clinician, our supports happen where people are most comfortable and engaged - often through gaming, creating and shared interests at ESports Collective, out in the community, or at home. Less clinical, more real, and often a lot more rewarding. You would help shape a growing service from the ground up.
Flexible by design
Employment basis is negotiable - allied health roles are full-time, part-time or contract. Support work starts casual and moves to part-time after six months of consistent hours.
Genuinely different settings
Support participants and deliver therapy at ESports Collective, in the community, or at home. Engagement-led supports that people actually enjoy.
Room to grow
Join a growing local team where support workers and allied health professionals shape the service together. Experienced or just starting out, there is a place here.
