A different kind of OT role
You would deliver NDIS occupational therapy - assessment, therapy and skill development that helps participants build independence and confidence in daily life. You choose, with your participants, whether sessions happen at ESports Collective, in the community, or at home. Less clinical, more real, and often a lot more rewarding.
You would help shape a growing allied health service from the ground up, with supervision and a manageable, flexible caseload for newer clinicians.
- What you would doOT assessment, therapy and capacity-building support tailored to each participant's NDIS goals.

- HoursNegotiable - full-time, part-time or contract. We build the role around you.
- Visa sponsorshipConsidered for the right candidate. Occupational therapy is in demand in regional Australia, and overseas-qualified applicants are welcome.
