The role

Support work that feels different

Our supports happen where people are most comfortable and engaged - often through gaming, creating and shared interests at ESports Collective, out in the community, or at home. That means support work here is less about routine tasks and more about connection, participation and helping people build confidence and independence.

You would work alongside participants on their goals - getting to activities, joining in, learning new skills, and building the confidence to keep showing up. It is real, rewarding work close to home.

  • Nice to haveAn interest in gaming, creating or community programs, an NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one), and a current driver licence.
  • HoursCasual to start, with a move to part-time after six months of consistent hours. We build shifts around you and the participants you support.
